UNIT INFORMATION
Bill & Marilyn are owners of 204 and,
until recently, this has been their primary residence, so when I say this condo has everything, I mean it. This unit
is ready for 4 people
loving Hawaiian style. Recent updates, from new tile through out, to new furniture additions make this the darling
of all condos. Walk in and feel immediately welcome! Head to the lanai and be blown away by the view! The kitchen
has been renovated and has ample cupboards for food storage, and, of course, the view of the ocean while preparing a meal
or snack. The Californa King sized bed is comfortable with tropical bed linens & appointments and a queen
size sleeper sofa makes this perfect for 4. There is a TV, CD player/radio, DVD/VHS player, telephone - free mainland
and Canadian calls. Sitting on the lanai is a wonderful way to spend some quiet time. You can look out over the
pool and the beautiful grounds, watching the spinner dolphins (all year round), or when in season, the incredible
whales, sailboat races, crew workouts, and don't forget those romantic Maui sunsets! This place has it all
and more!
